Judge W. David Watkins has thrown out the last challenge against the rules established by the Florida Department of Health for Charlotte’s Web. The application period for the five licenses allowing nurseries to grow low-THC marijuana and dispense medicinal oil prepared from the plants will begin in 20 days.
