Breaking news: State stops on-premise alcohol sales

â€œEffective immediately, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation is suspending on premises consumption of alcohol at bars statewide,” according to a tweet from Halsey Beshears, secretary of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
