Update: Both Board chairman Paul Fetsko and Board member Kevin Adams called to clarify. Renaissance is the non-profit wing of Charter Schools USA. I will have more later on the today’s meeting.
There is a switch-a-roo happening at today’s Escambia County School Board’s special meeting. Instead of talking about an agreement with Charter Schools USA to take over Warrington Middle School, the board agenda lists a performance agreement with Renaissance Charter School, Inc.
The meeting starts at 8 a.m. I will have more later.
