Brownsville Middle School sales contract

George Hawthorne emailed me the sales contract for Brownsville Middle School. Diversity Program Advisors is buying the property for $1 million in “as is” condition. The company paid $10,000 in escrow when it signed the agreement. Scoggins III makes 4.5 percent commission – $45,000. There is no investigation period. School District will retain cell tower easement and revenues. School Board has 60 days to accept the contract.
