Bubba’s Sweet Spot opens July 1, with local talent behind the counter

Bubba’s Sweet Spot opens Friday, July 1 with 15 talented members of the Pensacola community on staff.

“We are very excited about the staff we have selected to be a part of our family,” said Jonathan Griffith, President of Studer Entertainment and Retail. “It’s our mission to improve the quality of live for the people of the Pensacola Metro Community. The first step to that is hiring a wide range of experienced people from Pensacola.”

Eric Grote, manager of Bubba’s Sweet Spot, brings extensive management experience in the hotel and service industry. Grote, a resident of Gulf Breeze, will lead a staff of 14 employees in providing every customer a special experience.

The staff spans high school and college students through retirees who are all connected to Pensacola. The opening day staff includes the following people:

Bubba’s Sweet Spot is located at 412 S. Palafox St. and is opened from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday.
