Business Challenge Winner: Carmen’s Lunch Bar

The winner of the $50,000 Pensacola Business Challenge is Carmen’s Lunch Bar, which will be owned by Mari Joseph, who has served as the general manager of Wine Bar on Palafox andÂ former executive chef at 600 South. Â Carmen’s is set to open in June. More later.
