Buzz: CMPA rumblings

There are rumblings from Pensacola City Council members about the lawsuit filed by Community Maritime Park Associates against Maritime Park Development Partners. There were no votes by the CMPA board or the City Council to authorize the suit. Expect city council to ask for clarification of the CMPA authority.
