Buzz: Council workshop agenda grows

Buzz: Pensacola Councilwoman Sherri Myers (District 2) has requested that following items be added to the Council workshop that has been called by the council president for Wednesday, July 20:

  • How agenda items are placed on COW and Council agendas.
  • Returning to the committee system.
  • Duties of Council President and need to define those duties in our rules and procedures.
  • Supervision of council staff
  • Need for council to have its own attorney.
  • An accounting of the expenditures for City Counci on a monthly basis.
