The Escambia County Complex is buzzing rumors that one of the commissioners is considering resignation. Who? & Why? —are the questions. Insiders are tight–lipped, but confirm this is more than a rumor. If a commissioner resigns before Rick Scott takes office, Gov. Charlie Crist would appoint the replacement.
