Buzz: Escambia County Sheriff David Morgan has ordered a review of all the reports from his deputies regarding incidents at the schools. The word I’m getting is that the schools and teachers aren’t being very cooperative when the ECSO calls to get more details about what happened. As one law enforcement officer told me, “They all have gotten fuzzy memories all of sudden. There’s a lot of fear about speaking out.”
