Buzz: Hayward delivers hot water

Yesterday Mayor Ashton Hayward ordered that the hot water be turned on at Pensacola City Hall. Apparently some time ago, former City Manager Al Coby and his team decided city staff didn’t need it and ordered the hot water shut off.
