Buzz: Mack on witch hunt over blog post

Former Pensacola City Council member and current Redistricting Commission member Diane Mack is upset over my posting the alternative district map that Supervisor of Elections David Stafford prepared for the commission. She has demanded an investigation in how I knew about the map’s existence and has even questioned Stafford’s ethics and procedures in releasing the public record before she got to read it.

She later had to apologize to the county constitutional officer –who is considered one of the best election supervisors in the state–after she reread the public record law.
