Buzz: Studers plan Manna fundraiser

It hasn’t been announced yet but we are hearing that Rishy and Quint Studer have set up a benefit for Manna Food Pantries, which was hit hard by the recent flooding disaster.

On Sunday evening, July 29, the premier Frankie Valli tribute band Let’s Hang On will perform at the Randall & Martha Hunter Amphitheater at the Community Maritime Park. The performance will be open to the public and all donations will be given to Manna. The Studers have offered to underwrite the entire event, including all refreshments, the performance, and everything necessary to make the event happen successfully.

The Studers are also offering to give away two airline tickets and two tickets to the Broadway hit, “Jersey Boys.”
