The Pensacola Police Department is hitting the internet to find witnesses to the death of 17-year-old Victor Damarius Steen. The teen was shot with a Taser by Officer Jerald Ard in the early hours of Saturday, October 3. Ard then ran over Steen. Customers outside of Sluggo’s are telling us it was a crazy scene. We’ve been told that Police threatened to take cell phones of people trying to photograph the incident. We have been told the victim was pinned under the car for more than an hour.

We are also getting reports that a few people who weren’t there but have posted negative remarks about the PPD on Facebook are being questioned by the police.
