Buzz: UWF to announce football program

There is a buzz that the University of West Florida will announce at its kick-off pep rally that the university will launch a football program. The pep rally will be Thursday, August 18 at the UWF Field House at 7:30 p.m. This is one rumor that isn’t as solid as others I have posted, but support for football has grown both on and off campus.
