We’re hearing that Escambia County Commissioner Kevin White wants to appoint Karen Sindel to the county planning board and fellow commissioner, Gene Valentino, isn’t happy. Sindel was Valentino’s appointee to the board until she resigned last November to run against him.
I’m not sure that Valentino is upset about Sindel being on the board, just that White did it before Valentino had a chance to make the offer himself.
