Buzz:Frank Lay may run for Superintendent

Former Pace High School principal Frank Lay is considered a run for Santa Rosa County Superintendent of Schools. Lay was the center of the prayer in schools controversy that costs the school district hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees. He unsuccessfully ran against Benny Russell in the 1990s.
