A new state report shows average homeowners’ property-insurance premiums as of March 31. Here are the counties with the highest average premiums:

— Monroe County: $7,584

— Palm Beach County: $5,710

— Miami-Dade County: $5,665

— Broward County: $5,519

— Martin County: $5,157

— Collier County: $4,610

— Franklin County: $4,525

— Walton County: $4,329

— Indian River County: $3,698

— Pinellas County: $3,210

— Gulf County: $3,202

— Okaloosa County: $3,185

— Escambia County: $3,109

— Okeechobee County: $3,088

— Lee County: $3,021
