The industry group Florida Realtors released a report showing the statewide median sales price for single-family existing homes in December was $410,000. Pensacola-Ferry Pass-Brent: $315,000

Here were median prices in the state’s metropolitan statistical areas:

— Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach: $585,400

— North Port-Sarasota-Bradenton: $504,990

— Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford: $439,995

— Port St. Lucie: $419,249

— Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater: $410,000

— Cape Coral-Fort Myers: $399,000

— Jacksonville: $389,995

— Crestview-Fort Walton Beach-Destin: $387,000

— Sebastian-Vero Beach: $380,000

— Palm Bay-Melbourne-Titusville: $369,900

— Panama City: $365,000

— Punta Gorda: $363,750

— Deltona-Daytona Beach-Ormond Beach: $360,000

— The Villages: $354,128

— Gainesville: $335,000

— Tallahassee: $335,000

— Lakeland-Winter Haven: $333,770
