The industry group Florida Realtors on Friday released a report that said the statewide median sales price for single-family existing homes in March was $405,000. Here were the median sales prices by metropolitan statistical area:

— Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island: $821,000

— Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach: $570,000

— North Port-Sarasota-Bradenton: $509,500

— Cape Coral-Fort Myers: $437,000

— Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford: $420,805

— Crestview-Fort Walton Beach-Destin: $412,140

— Port St. Lucie: $405,000

— Sebastian-Vero Beach: $395,000

— Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater: $395,000

— Punta Gorda: $390,300

— The Villages: $389,950

— Jacksonville: $370,000

— Gainesville: $365,000

— Panama City: $364,950

— Deltona-Daytona Beach-Ormond Beach: $350,000

— Palm Bay-Melbourne-Titusville: $350,000

— Lakeland-Winter Haven: $330,000
