Gulf Breeze’s beloved Bridge Bar will serve its last beer in its current form on Sunday, May 21. Owner Nick Wheatley promises a new “chapter” at the foot of the Pensacola Bay Bridge.

It’s with a heavy heart to announce that we will be closing The Bridge Sunday May 21st. After a couple years of deliberation, we decided to turn “The Oldest Bar in Gulf Breeze Proper” to the newest events venue in the area. This next chapter for The Bridge will resume shortly after a few renovations are finished. Please continue to follow our page for updates.
From our locals that have watched us grow from day one to the travelers that took a chance to check us out, we can’t thank y’all enough for the support throughout the years. We loved witnessing proposals and hosting milestones, all the stories and networking that was shared. All of it made those sunsets just a bit more special. Thank y’all for the 14 years in business! Tonight at 8 p.m., The Bridge Bar & Sunset Lounge will host its final Tuesday Night Trivia. You can expect the place to be packed, as it was yesterday.
