The Birthers have a new target – Florida’s U.S. Senator Marco Rubio. They are questioning whether he is a “natural born citizen.” Rubio, who is a rising star in the Republican Party and considered a possible running mate for whoever gets the GOP presidential nomination, was born in Miami, but his parents were still Cuban citizens.
