Comment from City Administrator Regarding Pitt Slip Lawsuit

“The reason we have not commented on the pending suit is the same reason that we have refrained from commenting throughout the negotiations process. It would be irresponsible for the City to comment on pending litigation. We will rely on the courts to make this decision.”

So much for diplomacy.
