Leonard, Newby promoted; Ryman hired
Press release: The Greater Pensacola Chamber announces structural changes of the organizationâs staff in order to better focus on programming and improve functionality. Maegan Leonard is stepping up to serve as the Chamberâs Director of Membership, and Caitlin Newby is moving into the role of Programs & Events Specialist. Both begin their new positions immediately.
Leonard joined the Chamber in 2012 and has most recently served as the Assistant Director of Programs. She has a bachelorâs degree in journalism from the University of West Florida and occasionally serves as a freelance writer for local media outlets. Leonard is a Loaned Executive for the United Way of Escambia County and serves on the organizationâs Community Investment Committee. She is also a member of the Leadership Pensacola Class of 2016.
Newby has called Pensacola home since 2004 and is an alumna of the University of West Florida, holding a bachelorâs degree in business administration. She joined the Chamberâs staff last year and currently manages the Leadership Pensacola program. Newby is an active member of the Pensacola Young Professionals and the Junior League of Pensacola. Also, she serves on the Board of Directors for Girls on the Run of Northwest Florida.

Lindsay Ryman joins the Chamber staff as the Office Administrator after relocating to Pensacola from Richmond, Va. She received her bachelorâs degree in business administration from Longwood University in Farmville, Va., and previously worked as the Program Manager for the Richmond Technology Council.
