It’s in Washington, D.C. The truck will launch on July 9 and will serve lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday-Friday, with stops at Union Station, Farragut Square, Navy Yard, Metro Center and M Street. Each day’s exact location while be revealed that morning on the truck’s Twitter page, @chickfilamobile.
One of my favorite sites now is foodtruckfiesta.com.
I guess the dilemma is we can raise chickens in the city, but we can’t serve fried, baked or grilled chicken from a truck inside the city limits. Maybe if we call them “Rolling Dollar Stores” that just happen to serve food?
