Mayor D.C. Reeves and District 5 Councilwoman Teniadé Broughton will host a District 5 Town Hall Meeting Thursday, Nov. 16 at 5:30 p.m. at E.S. Cobb Resource Center, located at 601 E. Mallory St.
Mayor Reeves and Councilwoman Broughton will provide opening remarks and then turn it over to the citizens to ask questions and provide comments regarding the City of Pensacola and District 5. This will be Mayor Reeves’ seventh town hall meeting of the year.
“This year’s town halls have been very successful with many engaged and passionate residents in attendance,” Mayor Reeves said. “I continue to encourage all residents to attend, share their experiences and provide feedback on city initiatives.”
All members of the community are encouraged to provide their input and discuss their priorities and goals for the City of Pensacola.
“The mayor, City of Pensacola staff, and I will be there to interact directly with the people of District 5,” Councilwoman Broughton said. “I’m excited for residents to learn about ongoing projects and to provide them the opportunity to discuss the district’s needs and voice their opinions.”
The District 5 Town Hall will conclude with light refreshments and an opportunity for residents to meet with Mayor Reeves, Councilwoman Broughton and city staff.
The town hall will be live streamed on Mayor Reeves’ Facebook page at facebook.com/PensacolaMayor.
