Mayor Grover Robinson and District 5 Councilwoman Teniadé Broughton will host a District 5 Town Hall Meeting and community meet and greet on Wednesday, Aug. 3 at the Chappie James Museum, located at 1606 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Pensacola.
The evening will kick off with open tours of the Chappie James Museum from 5-6 p.m., followed by a Town Hall meeting at 6 p.m. in the museum courtyard.
Mayor Robinson and Councilwoman Broughton will provide opening remarks at 6 p.m. and then turn it over to the citizens to ask questions and provide comments regarding the City of Pensacola and District 5.
The event will conclude with light refreshments and an opportunity for residents to meet with Mayor Robinson and Councilwoman Broughton. Backpack donations will also be collected for the upcoming Chappie James Flight Academy Back to School Backpack Giveaway, so attendees are encouraged to bring a backpack if they are able.
This event is free and open to the public. All members of the community are encouraged to come provide their input and discuss their priorities and goals for the City of Pensacola.

In case of inclement weather, the alternate location for the Town Hall and meet and greet at 6 p.m. will be E.S. Cobb Resource Center, located at 601 E. Mallory St.
