City Hall phone outages continue

Telephone

As of 8:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 10: In addition to City Hall and City of Pensacola Housing phone lines experiencing outages, 311, Public Works, Code Enforcement, Sanitation and city community centers are also unable to receive incoming calls.

The public’s patience is appreciated as the city works with the phone vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

The outage is not impacting 911. Residents may still call 911 in the event of an emergency or visit cityofpensacola.com/311 to make non-emergency requests for city services.
