The City of Pensacola is happy to report that we have restored the online bill pay option for Pensacola Energy and Sanitation Services customers.
We appreciate the patience of our customers as we worked to restore this popular payment method. Additionally, we thank those who had to rearrange their schedules to make in-person payments or make payments via mail.
As a reminder, customers will not be charged any late fees due to the online bill pay option not being in service. Additionally, recognizing that this feature was not available for three weeks, Mayor D.C. Reeves announces late fees will not be issued until May 1, 2024.
