The City of Pensacola is still dealing with a network security incident. However, the city’s Innovation and Technology team has been making significant headway in returning city services for both employees and citizens. At the same time, Pensacola Police are working with state and federal law enforcement agencies to investigate the incident.
All phone systems have been restored, including the 311 Citizen Support call center, as well as Pensacola Energy, Sanitation Services, and Housing. However, customers still cannot use online bill-pay.
All board agendas, minutes and videos, including those of the city council have been restored to the city’s website.
Again, we appreciate the citizen’s patience and understanding as we navigate this incident and will share additional information as it becomes available to us.
