I got this email a few minutes ago:

Dear Richard Outzen,

Regarding the status the City of Pensacola has conferred with the Florida Attorney General’s office and has been advised that in accordance with F.S. 119.071(2)(c)1. and F.S.905.24, Grand Jury Subpoenas and records prepared for use of the Grand Jury during the regular performance of its duties are exempt from the disclosure requirements of Ch. 119 F.S., prior to their becoming part of the case files maintained by the Clerk of the Court.

Thank you for using the Sunshine Center.

Sincerely,

Jane G. Ballard
Public Records Coordinator
City of Pensacola
