Venues Today, an entertainment industry publication, has named the Pensacola Civic Center among its “Top Stops†in the U.S. for the sixth month in a row. The June “Top Stops†list puts the SMG managed facility at #12 in the U.S. for the time period of April 16th to May 15th 2009. The building falls in the category of 5,000 to 10,000 seats and ranked at #11 in January, #12 in February, #8 in March, #12 in April, and #7 in May. A three-day weekend of Disney on Ice Worlds of Fantasy was the catalyst for the latest award, with 6 shows and over 17,000 attendees.
