CMPA Board accepts Studer gift agreement

It took about 20 minutes but the Community Maritime Park Associates Board of Trustees accepted by unanimous vote the gift agreement from Quint and Rishy Studer, settling an dispute over two pledges. Once the vote was taken. Rishy Studer presented CMPA chair Collier Merrill a check for $2.25 million.
