CMPA emails only discuss one Studer contribution

It took awhile but I finally got the CMPA emails involving the auditors and the City finance department and the commitment by the Studers to contribute towards the stadium. None of them mention two separate pledges:

The day the Bob Hart announced the $2.05 million. Pam Childers of City Finance asked for a meeting on the donation. Had it been held we wouldn’t have had this confusion:

I was just typing you an email to request a meeting about the $2M donation and its process. I’d like a face to face meeting with Ed, Nicole, Amber, you and I.
I’ll set one up through Melinda?

call me to discuss.

A lot of this depends on the end date of this report. If it is a moving target that subsequent events do not end until the report is adopted, then we should add Quint’s $2 m donation. So let’s agree on end date and I will make it hyper accurate. Thanks. Ed

RMO Note: No note was made. No mention of $2.25 million of UWF museum refund. Only one pledge discussed with accountant.

End date is Feb 9th (today). Ed, please work with Tim to complete. I don’t know the details, but know it all should have been a subsequent event. As to the “checking account” reference. maybe just take out the words…checking account….

Remember, the $2M donation hasn’t occurred and doesn’t need to be a part of this report at all!

Alex,

You are correct, the letter I forwarded from Magi was not a direct response to the memo; however, I felt it most accurately explained any and all project issues that may impact the schedule.

Together, Magi and I updated the schedule. Here is the methodology used:

Magi’s current contract through GMP 4B is $36,016,203.00. Magi provided an estimate of the final contract as $49,870,816.72 upon completion of the remaining 3 GMPs. This total less Quint Studer Donation is $47,820,816.72.

RMO Note: No mention of an additional $2.25 million
