CMPA wins lawsuit against former developer, awarded $1.6 million

CMPA has prevailed in the lawsuit against MPDP. Defendant Maritime Park Development Partners, LLC, is ordered to disgorge to Plaintiff Community Maritime Park Associates, Inc., the total sum of $1,624,066.57.36
