Comm. White questions use of budgets and more

Escambia County Commissioner Kevin White has asked County Administrator Bob McLaughlin to sent a letter to all the commissioners in which he tells McLaughlin “the budget you have presented is not sustainable and it is absurd to use reserves to balance a budget.”
