Commission rescinds West Frazer tax break

NorthEscambia.com reports that Escambia County Commission voted 5-0 Thursday night to repeal the West Fraserâ€™s ad valorem tax breaks, and voted 5-0 to delay action on cutting those given Wayne Dalton.West Fraser cut between 75 and 100 jobs in November. Wayne Dalton cut more jobs, but the actual cuts aren’t until January 2009.
