Confederate statue lawsuit sent to circuit court

ON Wednesday, July 13, Federal Judge Casey Rodgers issued an order remanding the Ladies Memorial Association’s lawsuit regarding the Confederate monument that the city of Pensacola removed from the top of Palafox Street to circuit court, as per the order from the Eleventh Circuit. Stay tuned.
