Our daily newspaper has started trying to sell its own “Best of” contest…just as we’ve closed the most successful voting session in the history of Best of the Coast. The Gannett version is Best of the Bay and will broken up into a series of mini-polls in the Life section.
Oh well, the problem with success in this town is that the big corporate giants try to take it away from you if you’re too successful in any area. But that’s how the free enterprise works.
