Cost per vote

 

The most efficient winning candidate was Judge Joyce Williams – who spent  88 cents per vote – followed by School Board member Kevin Adams at 92 cents per vote. County Commission District 4 candidate Kendrick Doidge spent the most per vote – $40.58. District 2 candidate Alan McMillan spent $31.55. Both lost their primaries.

Mayoral candidate Brian Spencer spent $35.97 per vote to make the runoff. These figures don’t include any PAC money spent on their campaigns.
