County confirms

ecua My sources inside Escambia County confirmed that Main St. Plant is a done deal. Kevin White will still vote against it, but ECUA director Steve Sorrell and Co. Administrator George Touart have worked out the landfill contract. There are no open items for the City that I’m aware of.
Final votes will be in Feb.
