County dumps buses

shocked

With no prior notice to the Pensacola City Council, the Escambia County Commission voted to dump the money losing Escambia County Area Transit on the City of Pensacola in exchange for the West Florida Library system.

Shouldn’t the county be doing both? Aren’t both countywide operations?

Classic political move by Commissioner Mike Whitehead. It doesn’t solve any problems, just shifts the focus elsewhere. The county needs to quit running away from issues and work on solutions.
