County to pays $966,900 to Orlando firm

In 2007, the Escambia County Commission awarded the Orlando firm MSCW, Inc a contract for $516,900 to draft Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) amendments to the county’s comprehensive plan. In November 2008, the Escambia County Commission amended the agreement for an additional $450,000.

The money is circulating in Orlando helping their economy, not ours.
