Covenant Care hiring [podcast]

Covenant Care, a leading non-profit provider of post-acute healthcare services, invites healthcare workers to take the next step in their careers and “Grow With Covenant Care” as it launches a month-long recruitment campaign to attract passionate healthcare providers in Florida and Alabama.

Covenant Care is seeking to onboard nurses, clinical staff and other caregiving professionals across its entire care network. Active recruitment and interviews are already underway, with signing bonuses being offered for certain positions. The campaign will culminate in a ‘Hot Jobs’ hiring event on June 15, 2022 with open interviews conducted at all Covenant Care locations as well as virtually on Microsoft Teams.

Interviews will be conducted from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with on-site offers being made for Directors of Nursing, Clinical Managers, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and therapy staff. Candidates will meet with leadership and human resources staff for on-the-spot interviews and same-day offers.
