Gov. Rick Scott has had campaign tours highlighting job creation and the military. Challenger Charlie Crist starts today his own tour, a 10-day Kitchen Table Tour to highlight the importance his campaign is placing on the challenges facing the state’s middle class.

From the Campaign:

Charlie Crist, the People’s Governor, will launch a ten day Kitchen Table Tour to highlight the stress Florida’s middle class families are facing in Rick Scott’s low wage, high cost economy – and his plans to invest in families and seniors to make their lives better, not harder. During the tour, Charlie will visit with families and seniors struggling with increasing property insurance and utility rates, higher property taxes, tuition increases and cuts to Bright Futures scholarship, K-12 education cuts and rising healthcare costs.

The tour will kick off with Charlie visiting homes in Holiday and Sarasota today, September 29.
