The CoC – which is run by Opening Doors – gave Opening Doors nearly two-thirds ($456,511) of the monies approved by HUD ($701,502). The scoring committee is labeled “OD Scoring Committee” on its timeline.
- I reviewed the application and the Opening Doors website, and I cannot find the names of the CoC board members, who served on the OD Scoring Committee and who voted on the entities receiving the funds.
And Opening Doors Executive Director John Johnson wonders why we question how his organization operates.
