Election Supervisor of Elections Robert Bender reports that 27,832 votes have been cast – 14,570 vote-by-mail ballots and 13,265 early voters – for the 2024 Primary Election in Escambia County.
On Tuesday, Aug. 20, the polls will be open from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Florida law requires that voters cast their ballot in their home precinct on Election Day.
- Voters are encouraged to verify their polling location by checking their Voter Information Card, sample ballot or online at: https://escambiavotes.gov/precinct-finder. The following polling locations have changed since March:

- All voters must present valid photo and signature identification upon arrival at their polling place. For a complete list of acceptable identifications, visit https://escambiavotes.gov/how-to-vote.
Voters who have not returned their vote-by-mail ballot have until 7 p.m. on Election Day to return it to the Supervisor of Elections Office at 213 Palafox Pl, 2nd Floor, Pensacola, FL 32502. Vote-by-mail ballots cannot be returned to a polling location on Election Day.
- Voters may track the status of their ballot at https://escambiavotes.gov/track-my-ballot. If it says “accepted,” your ballot has been received and will be counted.
