Daily Outtakes: Salzman website hacked

The mobile version of Rep. Michelle Salzman’s website, mentalhealthtaskforce.org, appears to have been hacked. Clicking on the Learn More button leads users to several gambling websites.

The computer version doesn’t have the Learn More button, but the web pages in the navigation bar are dead. The website was designed by Salz Studio, according to the webpage.

Salzman has convened another closed-to-public meeting of her Mental Task Force of Northwest Florida. The last meeting introduced the idea of bringing a long-term care facility for those battling mental health issues. No mention of longterm care facility.

The meeting today returns to the strategic plan that was announced last May and funded primarily by Tallahassee-based Northwest Florida Health Network, which funded the majority of the plan’s cost. Christa Pate of Northwest Florida Health Network will tell local health leaders that the strategic plan will new become a state pilot program.
