Daily Outtakes: What bills died in Tally

Florida Politics has listed 25 bills that died in the 2024 session, which ends today. “Some center on hot-button issues sure to attract ample attention and at least a few hearings. Others die without a hearing, either due to the disinterest or distaste of committee Chairs, technical issues with the legislation or because the bills fell through the proverbial cracks amid a landslide of other, more eye-catching proposals.”

Bills sponsored by delegation made the list:

Alex Andrade: Bills covering Defamation, Ticketmaster, Charter School Conversions

Joel Rudman: Bill to drop three-day waiting period on gun purchases

Michelle Salzman: Term limits for county commissioners.
