The Capital Trust Agency Community Development Entity, has sent a letter to CMPA, UWF and the City setting Feb. 8 as the deadline for the agency to receive a communication from the CMPA “detailing the specific use, amount, and commitment to close the transaction as noticed, we will conclude the allocation of the $35 million in tax credits previously reserved has been refused.”
Discussion of these tax credits have been going on and on since July 2009. Six months! And we still haven’t worked out all the details. A lot of finger pointing. A lot of demands and ultimatums.
The good news is that the deadline can be met.
